About Flight Reservations
What is a flight reservation (PNR)? +
A PNR (Passenger Name Record) is a confirmed booking in the airline's Global Distribution System. It contains a unique 6-character alphanumeric code (e.g., HW9LQC) that represents your reserved seat. This is the standard format that airlines, travel agencies, and embassy officers use worldwide.
Is this a real airline booking or a fake PDF? +
This is a 100% real airline booking. We create a genuine "Hold Order" through the airline's GDS (Global Distribution System) — the same system that major travel agencies use. Your PNR code is registered directly in the airline's reservation system and can be verified on their official website.
What's the difference between a reservation and a ticket? +
A reservation (PNR) holds a seat for you without full payment. A ticket is a fully paid, non-refundable commitment to fly. For visa applications, embassies specifically recommend reservations over tickets — they don't want you to lose money if your visa is denied.
How long is the reservation valid? +
Standard reservations are valid for 48 hours. Complete and Pro plans extend this to 72 hours. This is typically sufficient for visa appointment windows. The exact validity depends on the airline's hold policy.
Visa & Embassy
Will embassies accept this for my visa application? +
Yes. Our PNR codes are real reservations placed through official airline distribution systems. Schengen (Article 14 of the Visa Code), US (B1/B2, F1, H1B), UK (Standard Visitor), and embassies worldwide accept verified flight reservations as proof of travel intent.
How do embassy officers verify my reservation? +
Officers take your PNR code, visit the airline's official website, go to "Manage Booking" or "My Trip", enter your PNR + last name, and see your confirmed reservation with flight details, dates, and passenger name. It takes them about 30 seconds.
Which visa types is this suitable for? +
Tourist visas (Schengen, US B1/B2, UK Standard Visitor), student visas (F1, Tier 4), work visas (H1B), transit visas, and any visa that requires proof of onward travel or flight itinerary. Also suitable for immigration requirements in countries like Thailand, Colombia, and others that require proof of onward travel.
What if my visa is rejected? +
We offer a full refund if your PNR is not accepted by the embassy. Contact our support team with your rejection notice and we'll process the refund promptly. The reservation fee is a fraction of what you'd lose on a full ticket.
Payment & Pricing
How much does it cost? +
Standard reservations start at $14. The Complete Visa Bundle (flight + hotel) is $35. The Pro plan with cover letter and unlimited changes is $55. No hidden fees, no subscription, no currency conversion charges.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC). African payment methods including mobile money are supported via Paystack.
Can I get a refund? +
Yes. If your PNR is not accepted by the embassy, you get a full refund. For cancellations before the reservation is generated, you also receive a full refund. Once the PNR is created, the reservation fee is non-refundable (as airline resources have been consumed).
Technical & Delivery
How quickly will I receive my PNR? +
Instantly after payment. Our system connects directly to airline GDS networks and generates your PNR within seconds. You'll receive a professional PDF itinerary with your booking confirmation code via email in under 2 minutes.
What does the PDF itinerary include? +
Your PDF includes: the 6-character PNR code, passenger name (as on passport), flight details (route, dates, times), airline name and flight number, booking status (CONFIRMED), and a verification link for the embassy officer.
Can I modify my reservation after it's created? +
Standard and Complete plans do not include modifications. The Pro plan includes free changes and re-booking. For all plans, you can always create a new reservation with updated details.
Is my personal data safe? +
Yes. We use bank-grade encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never store your full passport number — only masked versions for your reference. See our Privacy Policy for details.
