1. Service Description

Flicket is an online platform that facilitates the creation of verifiable flight reservations for visa application purposes. Our service generates legitimate Passenger Name Record (PNR) codes through official airline Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

2. PNR Validity and Limitations

The validity period of your PNR code depends on the plan you purchase:

• Validity begins from the moment the PNR is confirmed in the airline system.
• After the validity period expires, the reservation is automatically cancelled by the airline. Flicket has no control over this process.
• We cannot extend a PNR validity beyond the airline's hold period.
• In rare cases, airlines may cancel a reservation before the stated validity period. If this occurs and impacts your visa application, our refund policy applies.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Flicket offers three service tiers:

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable service fees.
• Payment is required in full before your reservation is created.
• We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and NowPayments (cryptocurrency).
• Prices are subject to change at any time. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.
• You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Eligible: PNR not verifiable by embassy, PNR cancelled by airline before stated validity period, incorrect passenger details caused by a Flicket system error.
• Not eligible: Visa application denied for reasons unrelated to the flight reservation, user-provided incorrect passenger information, request made after PNR validity has naturally expired, change of mind after reservation is created.

Refund Process

• Submit a refund request to support@flicket.me with your booking reference and supporting documentation.
• Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Cryptocurrency refunds are processed at the USD equivalent value at the time of refund.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Flicket, you agree to the following:

• Accurate information — You must provide accurate and complete passenger details (name, date of birth, passport number, nationality) exactly as they appear on your travel documents. Errors in submitted data may result in an invalid reservation that cannot be refunded.
• Valid documents — You must hold a valid passport or travel document for the duration of your intended travel dates.
• Intended use — You will use our service only for its intended purpose: obtaining a flight reservation for a legitimate visa application.
• No misrepresentation — You will not misrepresent the nature of our reservation to any embassy, consulate, or third party. Our reservations are temporary holds, not confirmed tickets.
• Legal compliance — You are responsible for understanding and complying with the visa requirements of the country you are applying to.
• Account security — You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Single use — Each reservation is for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share reservation services with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Flicket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• We are not responsible for visa denials, travel disruptions, or any losses resulting from embassy decisions.
• We are not liable for airline-initiated changes to or cancellations of reservations that occur within the stated validity period, though our refund policy applies in such cases.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reservation in question.
• We make no guarantees about the availability of specific flights, routes, or airlines at any given time.
• Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Flicket name, logo, website design, and all original content are the intellectual property of Flicket and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our service without prior written consent.
• The reservation documents generated for you are for your personal use in visa applications only and may not be altered or forged.
• All third-party trademarks, airline names, and logos referenced on our website are the property of their respective owners.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to facilitate fraud
• Submit false or fictitious passenger information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service through automated scripts, bots, or denial-of-service attacks
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Resell or commercially exploit our service without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

9. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@flicket.me.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or are involved in suspected fraud.
• Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked, but we may retain certain data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flicket operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using the service.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flicket regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
