Questions, answered
Does Flicket sell plane tickets?
No. Flicket is a flight search and comparison site. We show offers from airlines and online travel agencies through our partner Aviasales. When you choose an offer, you book and pay on the seller’s website, and your ticket is issued by them.
Is Flicket free? Do you add a booking fee?
Searching is free and Flicket adds no fee to your fare. When you book, the airline or agency may pay us a commission. The seller may charge its own fees, for example for some payment methods or checked bags, so check the final price on their checkout page.
Why can the price change after I click an offer?
Airfares change many times a day and seats at a given price can sell out. The prices on our route pages are recent fares from real searches, so treat them as a guide. The price in a live search, and finally on the seller’s checkout page, is the one that counts.
Who do I contact about changes, cancellations or refunds?
The airline or travel agency you booked with. Their name is on your booking confirmation email. Flicket is not a party to your booking and cannot change or cancel it, but we are happy to point you to the right contact.
Which currencies can I see prices in?
Prices are shown in US dollars by default. You can switch the search to AED, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, INR, NGN, PHP, PKR in the currency selector.
