Flicket helps you find a flight at a fair price, and, if you are applying for a visa, prove your travel plans without buying a ticket first.
Two Services, One Site
A free search that compares fares from airlines and online travel agencies, powered by our partner Aviasales (Travelpayouts). You pick a fare and buy the ticket directly from the airline or agency, on their site and under their terms. Our route and destination pages show recent fares and the cheapest months to fly, so you know what a fair price looks like before you search.
Browse flightsA paid service for visa applicants: a held airline booking with a PNR and a PDF itinerary, from $14, instead of a full ticket you might lose if the visa is refused. Ordering is paused for now. This is the part of Flicket described in detail below.
How visa reservations workHow Flicket Makes Money
Flight search is free. When you click through to an airline or agency and book, that partner may pay Flicket a commission; it does not change your price, and Flicket adds no fee. Visa reservations are a paid service with fixed prices. Full details are in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Why Visa Reservations
Visa applications should not be a financial burden. Many consulates ask for a flight itinerary, yet purchasing a full airline ticket before receiving a visa approval is a significant risk. If the visa is denied, travelers lose hundreds or thousands of dollars on non-refundable flights.
Flicket's answer is a held booking in the airline's system, with a PNR (Passenger Name Record), for a fraction of the cost of a full ticket. While the hold is active, the booking can usually be looked up on the airline's website.
Our goal is simple: help travelers meet the itinerary item on their visa checklist without the financial risk of buying a full ticket before the decision.
How Visa Reservations Work
Ordering is temporarily paused while we connect live airline inventory. Flight search works as usual.
Reservations are created through Duffel's airline API. Duffel is a travel-technology company whose API connects to airline booking systems. When ordering is open, our system works in four steps:
We ask Duffel for available flights on your route and dates from the airlines connected to it.
A hold is placed on the selected flight. The airline creates the booking and its PNR (Passenger Name Record).
You receive a PDF itinerary with the PNR, flight details and passenger names.
While the hold is active, the booking can usually be looked up on the airline's website with the PNR and last name. Whether a consulate checks it is up to the consulate.
What We Do and Do Not Promise
No forged documents
We do not edit PDFs, invent booking codes or sell "dummy tickets". A reservation is a booking held with the airline, or we do not sell it.
No acceptance guarantee
A flight reservation meets the travel-itinerary item on many visa checklists (e.g. Schengen, Regulation (EC) 810/2009 Annex II). Requirements vary by consulate, so check yours.
Paused when it cannot be real
Ordering stays closed until bookings are created against live airline inventory. That is why it is paused today.
Refund policy
A full refund when the consulate rejects the reservation itself, on proof of the rejection. See Terms, section 5.

Security & Data Protection
We take the security of your personal data and payment information seriously. Our infrastructure is built on industry-leading security standards:
Stripe Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store, process, or have access to your full card details.
Encrypted Database
Your booking data is stored in Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Row-level security ensures only you can access your reservations.
No Card Storage
Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers, eliminating the risk of data breaches on our end.
