3 steps to a flight reservation for your visa application, without buying the full ticket. A flight reservation meets the travel-itinerary item on many visa checklists (e.g. Schengen, Regulation (EC) 810/2009 Annex II). Requirements vary by consulate, so check yours.
Search & Select Your Flight
Enter your travel route and dates. Reservations are created through Duffel's airline API, which connects to airline booking systems. Choose a flight that matches the itinerary in your visa application.

Enter Passenger Details & Pay
Enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport. Pay securely with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cryptocurrency. Your details are encrypted and never shared.

Receive Your PNR & PDF Itinerary
We create a held booking (a "hold order") in the airline's reservation system. You receive the 6-character booking reference (PNR) and a PDF itinerary for your application file.

- PDF itinerary delivered via email
- Can usually be looked up on the airline website while the hold is active
- Held for 48–72 hours depending on your plan
